The 2009 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA2009) will be held in Kobe, Japan, during May 12 - 17, 2009. The theme of the conference is ”Robotics and IRT for Livable Societies”, reflecting the ever growing interests in research, development and applications in the dynamic and exciting areas of robotics and automation. Kobe is a fascinating city, and its attractions include one of the largest ports in the word, the beautiful natural setting of the Rokko Mountains and picturesque streets.
