Submitting Papers

Detailed guidlines are on the author instructions page. In a nutshell, please submit papers via the customary Paperplaza process. Make sure to follow the format guidelines, available as LaTeX and MS Word templates on Paperplaza. Papers should be six pages in length, and we can accommodate up to two extra pages at a cost of USD 185 per extra page. All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.

Proposing Workshops and Tutorials

Proposals for half-day or full-day workshops and tutorials are invited. Workshops and tutorials will be held on September 14 and 18, before and after the main contributed sessions. Workshops provide an informal forum for participants in an active research area. Tutorials target more established research areas and provide insights to the state of the art, presented by recognized researchers in the field. Proposals should be submitted via PaperPlaza and should include a title, abstract, names of the organizers, the intended audience, a list of speakers, a tentative schedule, and a plan for soliciting participation, as well as any relevant information about participation in past workshops and tutorials organized by the proposers on related topics.
