The IEEE Graduates of the Last Decade is a membership program to help students transition to young professional within the larger IEEE community.

This community within the IEEE is a vibrant community of engineers, scientists and technical experts with member representation across the globe and now the Robotics & Automation Society (RAS) is empowering young professionals through the creation of a RAS GOLD group.

RAS hosts GOLD Luncheons at two of their annual conferences, ICRA and IROS. It presents an opportunity for professional development as well as an introduction to RAS:
