RAS ByLaws Amendments & Standing Rules Changes

At their October 14 meeting in Beijing, the RAS AdCom approved several proposed changes to the Society's ByLaws. The AdCom also approved changes to the Society's Standing Rules.The text of the proposed Bylaws Changes is posted here. A summary will be published in the March 2007 issue of IEEE Robotics and Automation Magazine, The changes will become effective 30 days after publication.
