At their October 14 meeting in Beijing, the RAS AdCom approved several proposed changes to the Society's ByLaws. The AdCom also approved changes to the Society's Standing Rules.The text of the proposed Bylaws Changes is posted here. One of the candidates for RAS Adcom was inadvertently omitted from the ballot which was mailed in October to RAS voting members (higher grade members and graduate students). Because of this error it will be necessary to send out new ballots.
