CALL FOR FELLOW NOMINATIONS: Forms and instructions for preparing nominations for IEEE Fellow grade membership are now available on the IEEE web site at http://www.ieee.org/fellows. Nominations may be prepared electronically or in hard copy form and must be submitted by March 1, 2007.
