Colgate appointed to second term as T-Haptics EIC

The founding Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Haptics, Professor Edward Colgate of Northwestern University,  is currently serving the third year of his three-year appointment.  Following the procedures of ToH EiC Selection Guidelines, feedback on Professor Colgate's re-appointment was solicited from all participating societies.  With excellent comments and the ToH Management Committee's own evaluation, Professor Colgate has been unanimously approved by the Management Committee in its March 24 2010 meeting for the second three-year term as the EiC of IEEE Transactions on Haptics starting January 1, 2011.  Please join us in congratulating him for his excellent achievements thus far and for his re-appointment as the EiC for the Transactions.

The IEEE Transactions on Haptics  is cosponsored by the Robotics and Automation Society, the Computer Society, and the Consumer Electronics Society.
