IEEE RA TFA Award Nominations Due Jan 31

Nominations for the 2013 IEEE Technical Field Award in Robotics and Automation must be submitted by January 31. This is the most prestigious award presented by the IEEE in the field of robotics and automation and includes a medal and a $US 10,000 honorarium. The 2012 IEEE RA award will be presented to Bernie Roth of Stanford University for " fundamental contributions to robot kinematics, manipulation and design." The presentation will take place at the Award Ceremony during ICRA 2012.
