Rodolphe Gelin

Biography

Rodolphe Gelin (65) graduated as an engineer from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1988). He also received a Masters of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Paris VI (1988). As a research engineer, he worked on the control of mobile robots for industrial applications and for physical rehabilitation applications. After 10 years of practice in research and development, Gelin became head of the control lab in 1998 then manager of the SCRI cognitics, robotics and interaction group in the French CEA LIST in 2001.
