Call for Applications: TC Student Representatives

Dear RAS community,

We are pleased to announce new calls for Student Representatives for IEEE RAS Technical Committees (TCs).

Several TCs are currently seeking motivated and passionate student leaders, and we strongly encourage interested students to apply.

Application Deadline: February 15, 2026

Please refer to the list of calls below for detailed information on each participating TC, including responsibilities and application instructions.

The list of TC's call for Student Representatives 2026

As a Student Representative, you will:

  • Gain valuable leadership experience within the RAS community
  • Contribute to the growth and activities of a Technical Committee
  • Expand your professional network with researchers and industry leaders

Eligibility:

  • Able to serve during the entire one-year term, from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027.
  • Be a student during the entire term
  • IEEE RAS student member

Benefits for Student Representatives

  • Complimentary student registration to one RAS-sponsored conference within one year upon significant contribution to ICRA welcome kit
  • Priority access to TEABxSAC networking events at ICRA or IROS, including the TEABxSAC Dinner, providing opportunities to engage directly with TC Co-Chairs, students, and postdoctoral researchers
