In conjunction with the Member Activities Board, the Conference Activities Board will provide oversight on the selection and operation of the RAS Technical Education Programs and RAS-sponsored competitions.
RAS financially sponsors approximately 10 conferences, co-sponsors 15 more, and technically sponsors 15 others. The Conference Activities Board manages this large conference portfolio through four committees:
The Conference Technical Programs Committee (formerly Steering Committee for Technical Programs, SCTP) oversees the technical planning and content of conferences. It also oversees the Conference Editorial Board, which is charged with reviewing papers for ICRA.
