1. Program Overview
The RAS Industry Rewards Program is designed to recognize and reward companies that have demonstrated long-term commitment to the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society through sustained participation as exhibitors at our flagship conference – the International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA). This Program is administered by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 General Eligibility
- Open to companies that are involved in the commercial development of robotics technologies.
- Companies must have exhibited at the RAS flagship conference for the minimum number of years specified for each tier
- Participation years must be verifiable through RAS records
- Companies must be in good standing with no outstanding debts to RAS or IEEE
- Participation must be as a paid exhibitor (complimentary or sponsored booths may not count toward tier qualification at RAS’s discretion)
2.2 Tier Qualification Through Conference Participation
- Bronze Partner: 5+ years of conference exhibition participation
- Silver Partner: 8+ years of conference exhibition participation
- Gold Partner: 12+ years of conference exhibition participation
- Platinum Partner: 15+ years of conference exhibition participation
2.3 Participation Counting
- Years are counted based on unique conference years, not consecutive participation
- Participation prior to 2010 may not be included due to record availability
- Multiple booth spaces in a single year count as one year of participation
- Joint exhibitions or shared booths count toward the primary exhibiting company only
2.4 Tier Qualification Through Conference Investment
2.4.1 Investment-Based Tier Qualification
- Companies that do not meet the participation requirements for a desired tier may qualify through conference package investment levels
- Investment based tier status provides the same benefits as earned tier status for the program year
- Companies must be current conference exhibitors to be eligible for investment-based tier qualification
- Investment based tier qualification is available on an annual basis and applies only to the current program year
2.4.2 Investment Thresholds
- Bronze Partner Qualification: Conference package investment of $10,000 or more
- Silver Partner Qualification: Conference package investment of $20,000 or more
- Gold Partner Qualification: Conference package investment of $30,000 or more
- Platinum Partner Qualification: Conference package investment of $40,000 or more
2.4.3 Investment-Based Qualification Terms
- Conference package investments must be confirmed by January 31st to receive benefits for that program year
- Investment amounts are based on total conference package value, including booth space, sponsorships, and additional services
- Investment based tier status does not count toward future organic tier qualification based on years of participation
- Companies qualify for the highest tier level their investment amount reaches
- Benefits are activated upon confirmation of qualifying investment level
2.4.4 Qualification Process
- Tier qualification is automatically reviewed based on conference package commitments
- Companies will be notified of their investment based tier status by January 1st

- Investment based tier status will be clearly identified in RAS records alongside participation-based qualifications
3. Program Benefits
3.1 Benefit Delivery
- Benefits are provided on an annual basis corresponding to the conference year
- Some benefits may have usage restrictions, deadlines, or approval requirements
- Benefits are non-transferable between companies or years
- Unused benefits do not carry over to subsequent years unless specifically stated
3.2 Benefit Limitations
- Magazine advertisement space is subject to editorial calendar and space availability
- Job board postings must comply with RAS posting guidelines and policies
- Webinar hosting opportunities require advance scheduling and RAS approval
- Committee participation is subject to committee needs and member qualifications
4. Data and Records
4.1 Participation Records
- RAS maintains records of exhibitor participation to the best of its ability
- Historical data may be incomplete due to changes in record keeping systems and company turnover
- Companies may provide documentation to support participation claims, subject to RAS verification
- RAS reserves the right to make final determinations on participation history disputes
4.2 Data Privacy
- Participant information will be used solely for Program administration and related RAS communications
- Data will be handled in accordance with IEEE privacy policies
5. Program Administration
5.1 Tier Determination
- Initial tier assignments are based on RAS records as of November 2025
- Tier status is reviewed annually following each conference
- Companies will be notified of tier changes via email to their primary contact
- Tier upgrades take effect immediately; benefits apply to the current program year
5.2 Benefit Claims
- Companies must actively claim benefits by reviewing the benefits Guide and contacting the appropriate party.
- Benefit requests must be submitted by January 31st each program year
- Some benefits may require advance notice or approval
- RAS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate benefit requests within stated guidelines
6. Program Modifications
6.1 Changes to Program
- RAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
- Material changes will be communicated to participants with advance notice
- Benefit modifications may affect future program years but will not retroactively affect claimed benefits
- Tier qualification requirements may be adjusted with advance notice
6.2 Benefit Substitutions
- RAS may substitute benefits of equivalent value if original benefits become unavailable
- Substitutions will be made in good faith to provide comparable value
- Participants will be notified of any benefit substitutions
7. Limitations and Disclaimers
7.1 Program Limitations
- Benefits are subject to availability and RAS operational capacity
- RAS is not liable for delays in benefit delivery due to circumstances beyond its control
- The Program does not guarantee future conference participation opportunities or pricing
- Benefits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for monetary compensation
7.2 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes regarding tier qualification or benefit delivery should be directed to [email protected]
- RAS’s determination on Program matters is final

9. Acceptance of Terms
