The Regional Industry Showcase provides a showcase booth and travel support to attend an IEEE-sponsored conference to select robotics companies from traditionally underrepresented countries or regions as determined by the IEEE eligible countries list.
The IEEE and IFR Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Robotics and Automation Award (IERA) has been celebrating outstanding achievements in commercializing robotics innovation since 2005. The last year of this award being awarded is 2026, when it was given to the Drone Warehouse Management company Verity, presented by Markus Hehn, Markus Waibel, and Raffaello D’Andrea.
