The RAS Publications Activities Board shall have overall responsibility for all publications of the Society whether in printed or electronic form, excluding Conference Proceedings. The Board shall oversee RAS Journals, and RAS Financial and Technical co-sponsored journals. The Board shall suggest and create journals in new and emerging topical areas.
