The IEEE RAS Media Services Board is looking for experienced freelance science communicators and journalists to help write about and share our work with an expanded audience.
Coverage may include some or all of the following:
- Writing about award winning papers from our conferences and journals for a general audience.
- Covering our events, be they the conferences, social events, or ‘robot parades’
- Providing in-depth articles about the latest trends in robotics based on expertise from our community.
- Presenting member activities to the Robotics and Automation community.
Those interested in being considered for some of that work should submit a CV or resume, 3 published writing samples, and their Freelance rates through this form by February 15, 2026.
