ICRA 2030: Submit Your Proposal

The IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) is accepting proposals for the 2030 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) and invites RAS members within Asia Pacific to submit a proposal.

The IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation is the flagship conference of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) and the premier international forum for leading robotics researchers to present and discuss their work. Established in 1984 and held annually, the conference joins experts in the field of robotics and automation for technical communications through presentations and discussions. Each edition creates a remarkable environment to indulge all the delegates in the frontier of science and technology in robotics and automation.

To submit a proposal, please submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by 1 August 2025

Pre-proposal will be assessed by the ICRA Steering Committee to determine the final proposing teams.

Finalists will be invited to prepare full proposals and asked to present them at the RAS AdCom meeting held at 2026 ICRA from 1-5 June in Vienna, Austria.

If you are planning to help organize 2030 ICRA and will be attending 2025 ICRA in Atlanta, GA, USA interested teams are advised to reach out to ICRA Steering Committee Members, they will be able to answer questions and provide guidance.
