The Long Range Planning Committee reviews the trends of science and technology as they may concern the Society, the profession and the public, and recommends changes in the objectives, organization, and operations of the Society as may be indicated by these trends. This Committee is chaired by the President-Elect and includes the additional following members: the Junior Past-President, all the Vice Presidents, the Chair of the Student Activities Committee and additional members appointed by the Chair with approval of the President.
