The IEEE Robotics & Automation Society realizes the benefits of cooperation and coordination with industry and government entities, with a range of supported programs and projects.
The Society’s Industrial Activities Board (IAB) is responsible for all industry related matters and the growth of the industrial community within RAS. IAB promotes the participation of industrial partners in RAS activities, creates links between industry, academia and government, supports industry involvement in standards and technology roadmap development, promotes and supports diversity in industry and entrepreneurship, and by proposing new actions beneficial to these communities.
The Industrial Activities Board is composed of the RAS President, the IAB Vice President, up to four Associate VPs and additional members appointed by the RAS President and IAB Vice President. Please visit the About RAS section for more information about members of the IAB.
